Property Services Director (Housekeeper & Maintenance Management):  Challenging opportunity for a career oriented professional with over 8 years of experience managing a fast paced housekeeping and/or maintenance department in a reputable lodging facility or resort setting.  Applicant must have excellent leadership, organizational, planning and customer service  skills,  be "bottom line" oriented, and be effective at recruiting and training staff. 

Owner Representatives: Serve as a liaison between all areas of a fast-paced vacation rental service company assuring that our customer’s interests are achieved while supporting other competing demands.  Must possess excellent customer service, communication, organizational and leadership skills. Must possess a working knowledge of the real estate and property management industry. Knowledge of housekeeping practices and home maintenance a plus. Must be a great problem solver and collaborator. Be available to work summer weekends, as well as through the week, and have experience in tourism.

Housekeeping Coordinator: Assure our customers' questions regarding housekeeping are addressed promptly and professionally. Assist with the scheduling of cleaning and servicing of assigned properties; investigate and resolve problems as they arise. Must possess excellent customer service, communication, organizational and leadership skills. Be available some summer weekends and have experience in tourism.

Housekeepers; Following a prescribed protocol assure the rental properties are well maintained and prepared to meet the expectations of rental customers and owners. Follow an established cleaning and servicing schedule of assigned properties. Investigate and resolve problems as they arise in a timely and prompt fashion. Must possess excellent customer service, communication, organizational skills. Be available summer weekends and have  experience in tourism. Must be able to use own transportation to designated work sites.

Maintenance Coordinator: Assure the rental properties are well maintained and prepared to meet the expectations of rental customers and owners. Schedule maintenance and regular maintenance of assigned properties; investigate and resolve problems as they arise in a timely and prompt fashion. Must possess excellent customer service, communication, organizational and leadership skills. Be available some summer weekends and have experience in tourism . Must have general plumbing, electrical and carpentry knowledge of general home maintenance and repair.

Human Resources Assistant: Assist in the coordination of Human Resources operations and ensuring appropriate systems and procedures are followed with respect to Finger Lakes real estate employee hiring, training, and separation while assuring service excellence. Support an environment of continuous improvement and learning. Works collaboratively with all employees, suppliers and customers of FLPP. This is a seasonal position February/March through August. Must have 2-5 years work experience in a customer-focused service industry.

Property Manager/Realtor: New York's largest vacation rental management company and real estate sales firm is seeking an experienced property manager to work in our Penn Yan Real Estate and Canandaigua Real Estate offices and handle our Canandaigua/Honeoye/Conesus Lake territory. This is a challenging opportunity for someone with a desire to specialize in the management and sales of lakeside property and to work with an energetic team and in a professional and dynamic work environment. Our company has 25 year round full time and over 100 seasonal employees. The ideal candidate will be a NY Licensed Real Estate Agent, hold a 2 year college degree or equivalent and have 5 or more years experience managing single family homes. Home ownership, experience selling residential real estate and a familiarity with lake homes and the Finger Lakes region will further prepare someone to assume this position. Applicants must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills and have auto with professional look. Training provided and we reimburse for travel, offer competitive benefits including a medical and retirement plan. Must be available on weekends during our peak season.
